科学誌『Science』の最近の心理学研究によると、ヒトの記憶の保存方法が変化してきているとか。事実や情報そのものではなく、その情報がオンラインで見つけられる場所を覚えるようになっているそうです。
この研究を行った研究者は、「インターネットが交換記憶（transactive memory）として働いている」と指摘。つまり、私たちはインターネットを外部記憶ソースと捉えているわけです。
